Following our initial year's cover we were contacted by Bradley in good time ahead of renewal. He had already done his research and was able to explain in clear terms the options open to us and what the optimum choice of provider would be. Thereafter he was able to negotiate a better renewal price for us. This is clearly better than trying to find your own way through the minefield of private health provision every year.

Just by chance Oli got in touch and walked me through the options and was very reassuring during the whole process. he dealt with all of my questions satisfactorily.

Bradley was super helpful, fast and efficient. Ultimately he managed to get my renewal quote reduced significantly. AXA had increased the premium by a ridiculous amount despite me never having used my policy for years. I would absolutely recommend anyone to at least have a chat with this company whether renewing an existing policy or taking out a new policy.

I thought I knew all there was to know, but no! I learned about exclusions in my current policy, so I was very happy to accept Luca's recommendation for a better provider but at the same price. He set out all the detail. There was no hard sell. I was given plenty time to assess it over some days before signing up.

I have just had a very informative conversation with broker Luca Palacio who listened to all my needs and concerns and found me an alternative Private Health Plan with Aviva, in comparison to my previous provider WPA the cost is about 45% less with the same cover. Where do i start...

Charlie is an absolute gem, Like most people i wanted to get the best option for my family, the coverage and price. But my time was limited when it came to speaking to Charlie and the team, But true to form Charlie contacted me every so often letting me know he was there and offering time (Even in his personal time) So i could have a chat with him regarding it all. We finally carved out some time and he walked me through everything including the negatives if you paid less etc. Even after picking and accepting everything, The aftercare/Customer Service is 5*. It has been god knows how long since someone has given me hope that a company actually cares about their customers. If you honesty and someone you can trust...Get in touch with this company.

Would definitely recommend the Private Health People. They found me much better cover for less money than I was paying before and made the process so simple. They were always quick to respond when I got in touch and their follow up care (checking all my policy documents had come through and that I understood everything) after I had taken the policy out was outstanding. Would 100% use them again.
